We’re All too familiar with the tired resolutions we’ve worn from year to year. While scanning the list: lose weight~quit smoking~find my soul mate~ blah, blah, blah…I noticed a pattern. Although re-s-olutions and re-v-olutions are both about change…Resolutions come from a place of self loathing and judgement. We focus on what we dislike about ourselves. Re-v-olutions focus on our strengths. They come from a place of passion~shifting our focus to: What experiences would I like to have this year?

Go Hiking in one of the beautiful State Parks the U.S. has to offer
Take an Acting class
Re-connect with a friend or relative
Start you own R E V O L U T I O N this year
Write down your “bucket list” for 2012 from a place of adventure and excitement.
Drop the “S” this year. Stop measuring your self worth in pounds, inches, and marital status. Live 2012 from a place of non-judgement ~Only WONDER.
